The Vision
A tropical retreat, built slowly and with intent.
Lucky Crest is being shaped in phases on private land in Itokin, Lagos — an unhurried, deliberate approach to a place meant to last generations.
Our approach
We would rather open one perfect corner of the resort than a whole rushed one. Lucky Crest grows the way a garden does — deliberately, season by season.
01 Five acres, held in privacy.
A private, walled stretch of land in Itokin — close enough to reach, far enough to feel like escape. The perimeter is being planted with palms years ahead of construction, so the landscape matures alongside the build.

02 Water, palms, and quiet light.
At the center, a reflecting pool and open-air pagoda anchor the outdoor experience — designed for ceremonies, cocktails, and the slow golden hour that defines a Lucky Crest evening.

03 Compact luxury, deeply private.
A small collection of modern tropical villas, each held in its own pocket of green. Not many — by design. Lucky Crest is measured in intimacy, not room count.

A legacy carried forward
Lucky Crest draws its name from Lucky Crown Brothers — a family enterprise whose spirit of building things properly, and building them to last, lives on in every palm we plant and every stone we lay.
